Subject: Interior design is about more than wallpaper and bean bags Phoebe Oldrey, an interior designer, studies how interior surroundings affect people. She started the conversation about her work by displaying an artistic piece, which is valued more highly in contemporary culture than basic function. But as she wandered, she got fascinated by the more philosophical aspects of house architecture. The Danish style of living known as "Hyuga," which stresses coexistence with nature, is currently fashionable. Maybe we all desired to feel emotionally connected to our surroundings. The more you read about "Hyuga" in magazines and on online, the easier it looked to obtain happiness. We must look at people with empathy before creating for their physical, emotional, and aesthetic needs. She mentioned this because when we see a well-designed design, we believe it right away. To create a fantastic design, we must first consider how we utilize our spaces. Interior designer Phoebe Oldrey showed a handful of pretty unique ideas. She said that throwing everything out would be the best answer, but life is rarely that simple. She then spoke about the emotional influence of the things on the floor. Adapting our actions to our surroundings is unsustainable. Good design necessitates acceptance of our way of life. She also utilized the concept of space to illustrate her point. Margherita Bella Loki, Austria's first female architect, oversaw the kitchen for the Frankfurt Project, which involved the construction of low-cost dwellings for working-class families. Rather of changing the typical kitchen design of the time, she conducted extensive time motion studies to determine how long each task required, and then structured her kitchen around these workflows. She tells how she came to understand the need of balancing ambitions and necessities while designing the houses of the people she met. Finally, on the aesthetic side of interior design, structures that just match our needs analytically are lifeless. First, instead of focusing on or being inspired by what is fashionable or aesthetically pleasing, consider what our client actually requires. This is one of the video's three main points. The second aspect is how home design affects people's emotions. a balance between making large areas appear private and making small spaces feel airy As interior designers, we have the tools to address all of these issues and create serene environments, from layout to lighting. The last thing I found particularly impressive was the idea that if you replicate a design without understanding it, you will ultimately fail to help people. Therefore, if we make design just about the aesthetic wow factor and don't travel our own path to get there, we miss the great chance to produce original, ground-breaking designs.
